I understand both are difference from your information.
But one more dought, if static charge generated by flammable solvents. How much KV of Static Charge causes fire? or how much mJoule causes fire? Kindly explain?

We are handling organic solvents like Methanol, Acetone, Toluene, Ethyl Acetate, Hexane, Heptane etc. and operations involved are uploading, dispensing, changing, stirring, filtration, centrifuge etc.
Also powder milling, sifting operations.
That's why I want more information on Static Charge.
