Dear Roop,
It depends on whether you are going for sole, partnership, private or public company. In case of sole and partnership firm you don't need to go for Memorandum of Association and Article of Associations. Both MoA and AoA are mandatory for public secotr companies and private also go for this considering they may gonna public in future.
