can anyone provide me the fee structure on BOCW act (Building & other Construction worker's Welfare act 1996), Haryana. i think it is 2000 up to 100 workers and if more than 100? Please clearify....

Fee chart under Haryana BOCW (RE&CS) Rules, 2005 is given hereunder:
Rule 21.Fees [Section 7].
No. of workers proposed to be employed Fees (Rs.)
(a) Is up to 100 Rs. 2000/-
(b) Exceeds 100 but does not exceed 500 Rs. 5000/-
(c) Exceed 500 Rs. 10,000/-
