Dear All,
Can anyone tell me how FnF is done. In my organisation notice period for every employee is 2 months. Once the person puts his papers, should he get his one month salary during the notice period or he should get all his amounts after completing two months??
Also if anyone can help me in making resignation policy.

Saman,
Full and Final Settlement is done by getting no due signatures from IT / Finance / Reporting Manager / HR department heads. It usually consist of the pending amount which needs to be given to the resigned employee from the organization.
Paying the salary to the resigned employee depends on the organization policy during the notice period.Few companies have their policy of holding the salary for the first month and depositing it with the full & final settlement. This is done to avoid the employee leaving the organization without serving their notice period. But few organizations dont hold their employee salaries. It is up to u to decide on that.
