Creation of a monthly shift schedule roster for a team of 8 employees in each set of skilled employees.
Shifts should be
1. 1st shift - 7am to 4pm
2. 2nd shift - 2pm to 11pm
3. Night shift 10.30pm to 6.30pm
4. General Shift - 10am to 7pm
5. Late General Shift- 11am to 8pm
6. Late morning Shift - 8am to 5pm
Criteria : Weekly Rotating Shifts
1 shift - Wednesday to Monday only 1/ Tuesday only 2.
2nd shift - atleast 2
General shift - atleast 2
Saturday/Sunday - no week off
Monday/Friday - Only 1 employee week off
Gap of atleast 12hrs for the next shift.
Repeatation of same shift not more than 10 in a month.
Can some one check and tell what best options which can be created based on above criteria.
