As I am setting some policies for the organization, want to know how well I can set Work From Policy, mentioning down with few questions I have :
1. Everybody here is now working from home, but here the organization allows one to do so until and unless it is too much of a need for an employee, for the same how many days of limit can be set yearly or monthly for an employee to WFH.
2. What precautions or conditions can be put up in the policy in order to make WFH work smoothly & safely and also to make employees feel connected to the organization?
