I have been involved in soft skill training for a very long period. I feel every educational Institution in India should focus into the need of soft skill training along with their technical pursuit. There is very little use of the degree a student attains if he or she can not become the best fit in the corporate world. As per the general survey by some analyst, it is evident that 80 % of our engineers and Management graduates are not employable as they can neither communicate well nor can handle the complex problems they need to face on daily basis at their workplace.
