Dear HR's,
Please find the below attachment for official Karnataka Government Holiday list for 2018.
In that we can select any 11 days Excluding Fixed holidays, it depends on company.. We must give leave for fixed holidays Jan28, Aug 15, Nov 1(Karnataka),May 1 and October 2.
In that eleven days plus this 5 days is mandatory leave. Total 15-18 days we can fix it for yearly holiday and after fixing holiday you have to take approval from labour inspector.
