Need your guidance to know what should I be doing.
I was working with one of the BPOs, where I worked for 7 months.
After that as I understood I do not have any further in this company looking at the work culture, type of work happening and false accusations made on me, I decided to send my resignation.
As soon as I submitted my resignation, I received call from the HR and my manager putting false allocations on me and they said they are letting me go immediately and took over all my work and projects.
After that I received an email about having 10 days time to download all my documents, when I tried to login after 2 days.. I realised my access is revoked.
So I had sent an email to the HR requesting for my resignation acceptance and salary slips.
To which HR replied, she will let the team know to assist you and FnF would be processed after submission of the laptop.
I never received the documents even after a month and when I tried to reach to them again, they said I will be getting these two documents after I submit my laptop. I did that as well.
As soon as I submitted my documents, I received a call from one of the higher management guys, abusing me and said he will make sure I don't get a job anywhere, he will create problems in my married and personal life and would not be giving me any of the documents.
Now I need those documents (resignation acceptance) to submit in my current organization where I have got a job. If I don't do that I will loose my job.
I am being threatened and accused for things that I haven't done, please assist what should i be doing in this case.
