As per epfo act the ceiling is fixed up to Rs.6500(basic & da) per month. There is no doubt about it. We have to deduct pf amount from employer & employee. It is mandatory to deduct pf amount from the wages. If employee is getting wages above Rs.6501(basic & da). We can get exemption from pf through Form 11.
Thanks & Regards

Dear Brindha
As per EPF ACT, if starting salary (Basic+DA) is fixed over and above Rs.6500/-(Rs.6501) is entirely exempted from PF. If starting salary (Basic+DA)
fixed below Rs.6500/- then he is eligible for PF even after increasing above Rs.6500/-
Moreover 6500is the limit. If more than that, employer option

Hi Hansa
You can request for transfer of PF. It not cont the previous employer so that they can help in claiming. Do it fast else there will not be any interest credit to your account. If any doubts do call me :)

Dear Hansa
Since 2010 what steps you have taken? Why you were idle? Even now you can submit Form 19 & 10C. You have to produce Ration Card proof. More over the management has to submit your Form 5 & Form 10.
Another option is to submit Form13
