Is it compulsion to take the exemption order copy from labour department to maintain computerized records like wage, leave, bonus & pay slips etc. or we can maintain it without the order copy in prescribed formats

Yes you need to get exempton from DLC for maintaining computerised attendance records under sec 31 of minimum wages act 1963. regards, Kamal Prasoon
