I am happy to share with you one new EHS Initiative started by me at our site for the development of the employees by easy to understand questions and help for brain storming which gives all the long rememberance of the EHS related quetions / answers. This will finally help to develop and sustain the safety culture at your site.
Pls find one type of EHS Awareness Test of this series. You will have to give one day for the answers to sumit as it is an open quiz. I am conducting it our site every week. And in Month End four such cummulative test answers decides winners and they are awarded in common forum in front of all employees. Motivational gifts are really help............ for the improments.
