My Father is a retired private sector employee. He retired 4 years back and is getting pension now. What is the procedure to cancel the pension and how much does he get if he cancels it?

I think your father is getting pension from EPS / EPF. If so, there is no alternative other than drawing monthly pension. There is no question of cancellation as well as one time withdrawal.
