Hi i worked with a Sales company in okhla and i was asked to leave by HR on grounds of non performance ..however the communication was verbal and i was not notified abt it on email..i had just got a basic PIN without any deadlines or targets to be achieved a week back from the verbal communication..
Also i have not yet resigned from the company..when asked to clear my Salary th HR tells me that i have to get a payment from a client only then they will pay me...The client hasnt paid since Jan why will he pay now( May) ..Please advise how to get my salary from them..it is my hard earned money.
