Good effort Neetu..!!!! I have one suggestion.........no doubt the content is very good, try to make ppts more picturesque.....i.e. more visual with diagrams/flow charts/ pictures/cartoons instead of bullet points. It then becomes more appealing and interesting for the audience in the training session!!
