Kindly let me know which Form has to be submitted to the Labour office for getting the Labour License renewed in Chennai.
My staff member who is in Chennai for getting the license renewal has informed me that he requires some form that is to be submitted along with the application.
He informed that Form VI or Form VII is to be attached along with the application. Also let me know if any other forms to be submitted along with Form VI & VII.
Kindly help me with this form that is needed to be submitted for getting the license renewed.
It's very urgent.

2. Copy of Work Order/Agreement
3. Proof of status of Contractors firm
4. Demand Draft
It has to be submitted thirty days before the date of expiry of licence.
