My dear friend GVSHUKLA
It is indeed a good PPT and that is the reason it is very popular.
Where did you get this ?
Very recently, it was posted on CiteHR by Vasant Nair on 9th Sept. 2009 - that is just a week back. Here's the link :
https://www.citehr.com/193739-common...tml#post866676
Did you repost it from the above link after downloading it ?
It has also been posted many times earlier, as already informed by our Super Moderator nashbramhall
Before posting, had you followed the "posting guidelines", you would have searched CiteHR to ensure that the same material has not been posted earlier.
As you are aware that the attachments must be downloaded first (which takes time) and then only we can view the material.
I have downloaded and then seen this material so many times, that I have memorized it word-for-word and my eyes have pained looking at the same PPT again and again.
I request you not to inflict such pain to regular members of the site, and next time when you post something picked-up-or-received-from-here-and-there- on-the-net, kindly ensure that it has not been posted many times earlier.
Thanks-in-anticipation for being considerate.

If it is a repeat, just ignore it. Don’t make it an issue. Rajkumar says his eyes pained. Come on guys - don’t be so nasty. Rahmath.

Dear all, Could I kindly request you all to refrain from criticising bloggers in public, if a point has been raised once? Write a private message, if you so wish. Have a nice day. Simhan

dear shukla,
thanks and appreciate the attempt.
the issue with the website is too many snobbish people, who if they had done their vetting properly would have avoided repetition of hundreds of articles (and not just yours) and would not have caused you anguish.
apologise on behalf of these snobs and thanks for your efforts. keep on posting

I too really enjoyed it Shukla though i read it the second time............. what i suggest others is that if the attachments are re-post then its the call of the reader whether to read it or not!!!
So lets leave the readers to do the thinking (to read or not to read)
Happy weekend guys :)
