my company provides a notice period of one month. now when i get a new job with better pay, how do i place to the interviewer when selected about the one month thing...how to arrange and deal with it and how to inform my present company and how to set the new job's starting date ... all smoothly and correctly without loosing any money... Kindly advice

New employers invariably check about notice period.
When your job with new company is finalised,inform your present employer in writing as per your company policy about the plan to leave the company.
Both companies should be decent enough to relieve and accept you in time.
Always try and keep a buffer in the joining time to cope up with sudden problems.
