What sort of analysis do you need.
The Key measurables in recruitment are as follows,
Cycle Time (Time between HR receiving a position/Opening to the position being closed)
Average Time a position was vacant (Self Explanatory)
Sources of Talent
Budgeted Cost to Hired cost
Interviewed Vs Shotlisted Vs Offered Vs Joined
Hiring Cost (Paid to consultants etc)
Then there is demographic analysis
i.e. Age, Sex, Socioeconomic indices, Marital Status.
Post hiring you can also analyze the impact of these demographics to determine which ones are the most productive and stay the lognest.
