Dear Mr/Ms._____
We were pleased to receive your Contract Agreement. Thanks for the opportunity to work together on your project. On a review of the same we need some clarifications on few items. Before we start the work, for better understanding a face to face meeting would be really appreciated. Kindly let us know your availability & convenient date and time so that let us meet by person at venue of your choice and get things clarified.
Look forward to meet you soon.
