The companies generally carries out reference checking and collects other information using detective agencies also.If she get caught that would spoil her Entire career. Ask her not to do this and tell the company directly that I haven't completed my 12th

Nowadays many companies are doing background verification as a part of their recruitment process.
They even cross check the details with the concern Educational Bodies as like Board of Secondary Education or Universities as the case may be.
