Hello HR Friends ,
I started my career in 1999 as HR & Admin Executive in one Pharma company.
From 2007 ie: from last six years I am working as Manager - HR in a large manufacturing
industry .
In this years many things helped me.I received lot of guidance from my seniors .
At the same time CITEHR.com helped me a lot in terms of discussions/ ideas /
knowledge updation / formats etc .
This site is really worth , informative . just excellent .

Thank once again .
Lot of legal knowledge relating to HR is available here. Legal in the
sense what the HR's / Personnel department people faces in their
daily routine work.May be a new amendment in some act or may be
statutory compliance or may be a new suggestion for improvement
or say even a small format .
I think everything is discussed here pertaining to the functioning
of HR/Personnel dept .There is a practical interaction between the various
professionals and material is posted which helps as a knowledge base
for everyone....
In terms of IR (Industrial relations)part this site helped me a lot .
I was also fortunate to establish a relation with one expert here to whom
i still send mail and ask questions whenever i am in need of suggestions .
Even i was able to make two friends here who are HR's and some times
i am in touch with them telephonically .
In short i think a person who is serious of learning , interacting and want to
increase his knowledge relating to the subject for him this site is the best .

There's also another aspect to the whole experience of using CiteHR--members like YOU too need to be congratulated in making CiteHR what it is today for a simple reason: What good would any website be UNLESS those towards whom it's focused make the BEST use of it? And better still contribute to the best EXTENT possible, given the extreme time limitations everyone has in today's world?
