Use the Download box at the top of the page, other members have already posted material here. There are some Excel spreadsheets here, BUT you will need to search through the listing of 7 pages.

It is not easy to learn Excel from a book, you need to enrol in a basic class first and then practice, practice, practice. Once you have learned the basics, you can use a book to help you with other functions. There are numerous books on Excel so no-one can recommend one to you. I suggest you look first at Excel for Dummies, should be available at any good bookshop in India I think. There is also a lot of material posted here on CiteHR about Excel. Just use the Download box at the top of the page to find it.
