Hello everyone. Currently i am working with a company (XYZ) who knew before as "AB Company"- (JV). Now ex employee of that company is asking for experience certificate. Which format should i choose for letter, I mean guide me to prepare his experience certificate (From 2010 to 2015)

Pl state whether both XYZ & AB company are companies incorporated under the Companies Act or partnership , proprietary firm etc. In case of company, pl examine the formation of AB Company, whether it is successor in interest of XYZ company or undertaking any liability or continuity. If it is not so mentioned specifically it will not be in the best interest of AB Company to issue experience certificate with respect to XYZ company.
