We are a manufacturing company based at Rajasthan, We are into the business from last 40 + Yrs and now grown quite big with 05 Manufacturing units and turnover of few thousand crores. As we are a family owned business so lacking in defined system & policies.

Now we are in the phase of Transformation and want to become a Professionally Managed Organization from a Family Owned business.

In this transformation the first thing what we are looking forward is drafting complete Company Policy for HR & Administration etc. keeping in mind all legal & statutory aspects of it.

I request all Sr. Experts on Policy related maters kindly guide us how to draft policy for an organization.

As you have mentioned that, yours org. is big with 06 manufacturing units. It reflects huge turnover and manpower movement.
It this case i would suggest to hire a HR consultant who can guide you and coordinate you practically to implement policies depends on your requirement and planning.
