Dear Dileep Mishra,

You need to design a formal "Reward and Recognition Programme" (RRP) for your company. Generally, the employees are rewarded or given recognition on the following counts:

a) Innovative Idea
b) Team Effort
c) Exceptional problem-solving
d) Exceeding Customer/Guest Service in a big way
e) Volunteer Service

The creation of a formal RRP would require a threadbare study of the systems and processes of the various departments of your company. This is because reward or recognition should be given for exceptional performance or achievement. An ordinary person cannot pass him/her off as extraordinary and get recognition. Adequate caution has to be taken to avoid mediocrity getting assigned an undeserving importance. However, to do this, you need to hire an external consultant.

Thanks,
