Need help for Internship project
Hi all,
I am an MBA student and I am doing my internship in a consulting firm right now. I need your help for my internship project.
The project i have chosen is 360 degree view on Behavioural and functional skills training.
In this, I am looking forward to analyse, specifically these two types of trainings from various angles.
The four angles would be; HR, Training Vendor, Trainer and Employees.
The idea is to study these trainings in terms of
I would really appreciate if I could get your views on this, as in how is the project and how can I improve it.
I also wanted information on the key differences in behavioural and functional skills training as this would help me in framing the questions better and also in better understanding of the roles these two play.
Would be great if I could get expert views from all; HR managers, training vendors, Trainers and emplyoees who have attended such trainings.
Keenly looking forward to your revert
Thanks

The idea is to study these trainings in terms of
- Types of such trainings given
- How are the needs for these defined
- Effectiveness and Evaluation
- Importance for HR and employees and gap if any,
- ROI on these trainings
- changing trends in this
- Recessions impact- on budget and focus within these trainings
- Difficulties faced or barriers to effective delivery
- Most efficient and effective methods for delivery of these trainings

Rashi,
I really appreciate your effort. I am no HR expert. Have you seen my post. at CiteHr, on Research Methodology and MBA Projects, and also Workplacement and Internship?
When you have designed the questionnaire and want feedback and guidance with report writing, please drop me a private message.

Hi Rashi,
To save you the time of searching, I am copying here some extracts.
Please search CiteHr where some projects are attached. Then do a literature survey and formulate your aim and objectives for the research (in consultation with the host organisation). You also need a conceptual framework for that. Decide what hypotheses you want to test.
If you have not done any of the above essential preparation for conducting a project, I would advise you to please do so and then pose a precise question.
Please see my post on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached) at https://www.citehr.com/106849-research-projects.html and Author Workshops at <link outdated-removed> and my post at <link no longer exists - removed>
A Post by Prodcons also has information on Research Methodology.
Also view and digest the message that ahujamamamia posted at citehr https://www.citehr.com/169377-marble-story.html Try to become the marble statue rather than the tile.
