Hi Bijaya,
If you are talking about Internal Employee new letter...I have got some tips from you. I am handling our Internal Employee News Letter in My current role.
You can go with A3 size news letter.
First page should contain achievements for that month in your organization. Like if there is any recognition program in your organization like Star Performer for the month...a small and good write-up on the performer of the month. A write-up on a department every month.
The Interesting article would be "Know Your colleague".....Interview any of your old employees or loyal employees or delivering employees...try to reveal their inner side and personal side. You can go with "Corporate Hero" article. A write-up on any of the corporate gaints like Ray crok from Mc. Donalds, Sunil Mittal of Bharti, Shiv nadar of HCl like so. You can have "corporate Cartoon" also birthday wishes for the employees, News from the organization can be an article where in which you can keep your employees updated regarding any of the colleague's marriage or birth of any child in your employee's family or prayers and wishes for something wrong that happens with any of your colleagues and like so.
Rest, you think some on your own and you can always depnd on some fillers like Health Tips or horoscope or some jokes whatever.
Last but not least, you can invite your employees fo0r contributions like shayaris or short stories or what ever.
Hope, this will be of som help to you.
regards,
Kiran.

Hey Shubha,
This is real interesting. I was just browsing through the pps and found it very interesting. I am in the process of filling in "news" and thought I'd use it actively as we dont have any kind of internal communication in this new work place I have just joined.
A very useful tool. thanks!
