I worked in a International Insurance BPO.
Here we had General insurance training for a week, which gave the Team mmebers an over view of the Insurance in the client's country and company. Then they had a specialized training on the type of insurance they would deal with, ie pension fund, health, mortgages and etc.These courses were certified by an institution from Clients country and this added the crediblity to the team members as well as won better client recognition.
