Dear Experts, Please help me out, if in company manpower strength is above 10 but no female worker is employed in company premises.
Is POSH Act is applicable ? annual return under the Act required to be submitted ?

Every Workplace including Residences is Covered by all the Provisions of the Act of 2013 namely "Sexual Harassment of Woman at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 gazetted on 9.12.2013 ND there is No Exeemption Whatsoever on the Ground that No a Single Woman is Employed at the concerned Worplace Establishment.
Hence, please take Imm ACTION to get the Internal Committee Constituted at for your Establishment in NewDelhi and or elsewhere where Ten and more Workers are employed/engaged
