Dear All, I am facing problem in creating a chart/excel to analyse excess manpower comparison. I have made a sheet where all back office staff with their Job are mentioned. Now in order to remove or transfer excess manpower,need to compare one employee doing the same job with other and present to management.Can any one help me out with their sheet.
