My dear Friends,

We are HR professionals taking care of the HR needs and requirements of the organization - True. We are paid for our services - What for? For the sake of our family - Wife and Children. They are our treasure for whom we work.

So, we are basically human beings with love, affection and care to be shown for our family. Our children are our future. When we are happy at home, yes, we can and should discharge our duty with more ease and comfort.

As a Psychologist, Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I deal with many people (especially the children) for lack of concentration in studies, bad habits, hallucination, fears & phobias, I found that the problem is not with the children in most of the cases but with the parents.

Hence I started conducting my programs for parents to make them aware as to what children really need from them. The irony is that under the pretext of love and care, majority of parents embitter their children unwittingly causing severe emotional setbacks in them. Many parents who visited us occupy high post in Government as well as in Private Sector Organizations.

The attachment is one such PPt prepared by me which I make available for the benefit of my friends in citeHR.

Hope this will benefit many and as usual I expect genuine comments from my friends.

With warm regards,

Ganesh Ramachandran

Dear Mr Ramchandran,
Indeed a beautiful presentation. I could link it more because I am involved with Lions International Quest program which is revolving around Adolescent Children value based education with equal involvement of parents in the child education at home. In this program we are doing interactive teaching of students in overcoming teen years/ confidence building/ avoiding peer pressure etc.
I would love to borrow a few slides from your presentation with your permission which could be shared with parents in various meeting conducted by us.
You could contact me on .
Thanks with warm regards,

My dear Sanjay,
I have no hesitation in your using my slides and it is out of your humility and fairness, you ask my permission. How nice of you!!
Please use even the entire presentation as it is for the service to the society.
I have been in this field for more than 13 years and avoided more than 15 suicide attempts and all of them are fine in life now.
After resigning my job as Manager Administration, I have started my own Life Improvement Mind Engineering (LIME) and have become a freelance NLP Trainer, Psychological Counselor, Clinical Hypnotherapist and Reiki Master-Healer.
So nice of you to have initiated communication with me for a good cause.
My humble regards to you.

Dear Mr. Ramchandran,
It is indeed a great presentation, eye opener and worth watching presenatation, Although my son will start his school but there are so many places where I could identify and relate to my day to day interaction with my 3.5 yrs old son. If he at such an age can have an ego, self esteem and so many questions to be answered, I can only think of the difficulty level of upbringing a growing teenage. We indeed fail to understand that we are subconsciously passing on our frustrations and failures to them.
I must say that I am gonna treasure this presentation and use it as my guideline time and again for myself and others.
Kuddos for your work !!

Thank you very much Jhuma for your encouraging words. Indeed, most of the parents after attending my program on parenting would lose their sleep that night for what they have done to their children in the name of love and care.
I feel happy when people like you appreciate my efforts.

Dear Mr. Ganesh,
I am a mother of a 14years old. Oh my God! What eye opener your presentation was to me. I am not sure how can I make well the damage that's already been done. But I am sure henceforth things are sure to change and for betterment.
I will truly remain ever grateful to you for so unselfishly sharing such an integral part of your experience.
Going forward I will use this as a facilitator’s guide.

Thank you Suntaji.
Most of the slides are made out of my counselling experience with children and in many cases I had to counsel the parents first. My professional ethics does not permit me to go in detail.. children reveal dangerous and obnoxious incidents happened in their child hood days. How they perceive matters is a puzzle to most of the parents when they know it but most of them are busy with their affairs. Rearing up children, to them, is nothing but providing the basic needs of the child and telling them time and again "read well" "fair well" "otherwise, you will ruin for sure".
I am very much encouraged when people of your standing who are determined to train personnel so as to put them on right track. So nice of you mam for your kind words.
