I can share with you the fuel and car policy of one MNC but it is random varying from organization to organization.

For two wheelers the employer is providing 50k as interest free loan and returned by the employee @2000/- * 25 instalment. Fuel 1 L per 30 KM including maintenance. Applicable for Jr. Management Staff.

Employees at higher level( middle and Sr level management) who are eligible for cars are provided interest free car loan ranging between 2 lakh to 5 lakh and recovery in 20 to 40 instalments at different management level. Fuel reimbursement 75 L to 200 L again at different level of management. Some of the very Sr Management staff are also provided with Divers salary with some specific range. Maintenance and other cost for all are within the above the facility.

All the employees who are enjoying car facility are asked to maintain log book for actual reason for travel to differentiate Co's job and personal job for income tax purpose.

Dear Mr. Fazal,

You can set a Particular category for car & fuel policy

Like you can give Car to AGM And above rank and can give certain amount to them for car fuel.

1. Car fuel amount will be a reimbursement and will be tax free.
2. Bill of fuel consumed, servicing, maintenance, washing etc. should be provided by the member who are eligible for car fuel.
3. Only the amount of bill produce will be given to employee.
4. Policy can be withdrawn by the management at any time.
5. Amount can be claim only within the financial year, later it will be lapsed.
6. Car should be on the name of the employee or company.
