Thankyou for your response. I work in BPO where there are different voice and non voice process. Callcenter,Email process and live chat process. I am taking care of Quality part where we audit these process with quality parameters and score them and give feedback to the Customer Support Representatives. I lead of team of 6. I would like to show my efficiency in drilling down the errors of the process and increase the quality percentage.
