Whats the chances of Placement at your college. Is the Companies coming over there for the same...?
You first enroll yourself at some JOB sites, then register yourself with some consultancies.. and even try to put your CV at companies sites.
Hope it will give you an idea to move further to get in Corporate.

One thing you have to do at Job sites that you to the search and select HR related Jobs, there you will get the list of Jobs available with HR and then you can apply directly for the same.
Secondly you just login to the website address of Companies and click on careers there you can post your resume directly.
3rd thing you leave your resume with some of the consultancies.
