Friends I just want to share my tragic experience about SAP HR . I wasted my Rs. 2 lakh in learning from authorised training centre.I enrolled for e-learning mode. Books provided by SAP will give you the picture that you'll be getting a job in implementation because in every lesson it is written how to implement sap in an organisation but the real picture is that the book and the course will only make you an end user not going to make you an implement expert.
Moreover Implementation are given to person having knowledge of ABAP HR i.e Techno Functional. I am ready to do the job anywhwere in india but to my surprise i am unable to find any job under SAP HR. I appear for any interview where there is an opening for HR (SAP not Required) they won't be offering me the job because they feel if i get any SAP job i will leave their job and run away and when i am applying for any job in SAP HR they won't be entertaining any fresher though SAP HR jobs are so less.Unauthorised SAP TRAINING INSTITUTE have made the life so worse and degraded the market value of SAP PRofessionals in which SAP HR has no Value. Moreover, SAP INDIA has made certification so tough that one can't clear in first attempt so that a candidate has to attempt again and again and they can get revenue.Often question comes out of the book like i got question of switching which is not mentioned in the book.
My advice to all those SAP aspirant(HR) is not to go for SAP training wether authorised or unauthorised because Scope is so bleak at the end you'll be hugely disappointed when you will be offered the salary of Rs. 8000-10,000. If your Company is sponsoring you then its ok. Only one Module has Scope i.e ABAP that is done by B.Tech Graduates. Other Functional Module has also same story their future is also bleak.

the course fee can vary place to place. its better u specify wott is exactly u need to know.if u do a course form siemens then that would cost u around 3.8 lacs. n if u do it from some place like hyderabad.
