I am an MBA student and currently doing my summer internship in RBI on the project "IMPACT EVALUATION OF TRAINING PROGRAMMES". For my final presentation, I am looking forward to any video clips or short stories or such attractive tools emphasing training impact evaluation which would be relevant to my project. I would be highly thankful if anyone can share any such videos or related stuff...

I have been using sevral hindhi and telugu movie clips-- i want share my experience
1) if the clip is more that 4-6 mts punch is lost
2) Entire movie may be excellent but if we don't get small episode or sceene it is not sueful one canot show full lenght movie in trg - I request my co trainerss to give some clip references this will enable better presentation and effectiveness - if you have doubt U can call me at 9849005827 - i do have some powerful message giving clips form telugu and hindhi
