I am an abide Indian citizen who always believe in constitution, and also a Jewellery Sales Executive of a reputed Kolkata based company. I am really sorry to say that from April to till date my salary given on gross amount by the employer as follows:
Apr _ 50 percent,
May_75 percent,
June_80 percent,
July_60 percent,
Aug_65 percent respectively.
And strangely with no intimation of any circuler at all.
As I am not aware of any govt. Rules or regulation regarding payment to be given to employee by whimsical manner, and no informative way.
Please help me.
Please provide such directives if any ,, or help me how to handle such deformities by a very well known jewellery brand.
