Its really bad experience that you face but in my opinion ;
a) This depend upon your appointment letter terms & conditions read carefully.
b) if there is any thing written about your targets. otherwise need not to panic.however they will ded ur notice pay surely.
c) They will issue you letter of absenteesm & will stuck off your name from rolls that' it.

organisation can not take any legal action as you have not been given offer letter also termination in sms is not valid.

As of Now they did not provide my offer letter and today they are asking me to submit notarized xerox copies of documents (all my experience and Educational documents) to provide the offer letter after one and half month and also when the issue came into picture.
They did not even provide me any document on terms and conditions on my target and no policy document had been provided to me so far.
Please advise me
1.if I provide the notarized documents to them can they take any action against me in this situation.
2.If I do not serve the notice period and leave the office without notice, can they take any action on me(i dont have any bond or agreement with them)

Hi,
Dont worry friend this is not a legal way to terminate any employee. thi cant take legal action against you as they terminate you by wrong way. for termination of employee employer have to give notice in advance and justifiable reason to terminate, so be positive after all our law is protective in nature .
