I think the majority is right but at the same time the primary focus shiv OR shiva (am confused Sorry!!!!) is trying to put on guys is that the people here are often visiting the humour section comparatively more wen you look at other forums.
Many a times even i have noticed that the post which hardly makes much sense is answered by n number of people whereas a posting put up by a person who actually needs suggestions is desperate about valuable suggestions and is not getting any help as the concentration of most of the people is diverted on this humour forum.
I agree choice is all ours but at the same time dnt you guys think that the person who needs our suggestions in actual sense deserve the resp more than the love poem or a joke in humour section.
I in advance apologies for anything that is mistaken from that other persons end. But understand it is just my opinion on the issue.

hey my phunnter frndss....m not offending u guys ...actually on sme extent shiva is ryt ...even i like humour and as u all knows....m a humor in myself.....but it should be in control manner...i dont want to stop this..but i want it should be control ...how as we all are doing chat here ...its ok no prob coz its req us to wrk effectively wen we wre getting bore or wat ever....we are getting sme relaxation here ....but starting a nos. of topic in a day is not gud....coz others HR topic is being disapear in this ..(( M I WRONG then OBJECT ME)))).so my thinkg is ..if one members wil post one humor post in a day it wil be ok wat .....i must say it wil be controlled and pepole can enjoy also..wat say my phunter guys.....m i not wrong ???????

When it comes to Humour session the postings in this forum will be humorous. In what way do u want to control this and why? If u want HR related stuff then you have different forums in Cite-hr itself. If we start HR stuff here then can we call this as Humour session.
Yes Cite-hr is meant for HR related stuff but this doesnt mean that we should be very serious with HR related matters alone. One side we have several Sessions in cite-hr to discuss hr related stuff and on the other side to balance our stress we have humour session where we can relax ourself.
Ok tell me one thing, why are we employed by companies? ... To work. Are we only working there..tell me.....no we work as well as enjoy...like wise when it comes to Cite-hr we post Hr related stuff as well as Humourous posting. No one can stop us. Incase if you people are so specific about this then ignore the Humour session and concentrate on other forums where you can find only HR HR HR HR............
If you people say that Cite-hr is meant only for HR related matters then why many HR's respond and spend their time in humour session? Guys no one is forcing you people to respond for the posts in Humour session so if you dont like such discussions then kindly ignore it.
