we are a construction company and esi audit is on. officer conveyed us that any payment made for building, vehicle office equipment, furniture repair and maintenance in which any labour component is involve, we are liable to pay ESI on such labour portion of work contract. Even on WIP in which, we have awarded the contract of construction of building, they are considering labour portion for esi. Please advice
