That's a very nice presentation. Trainers should continuously motivate people to learn and not only tell them what they should know. Trainers make learning a passion for students.

Indeed, a nice read. However, I think there need to be 7 more secrets to get more out of the training in corporate. The issue I have faced is that the real learning from the training cannot be measured. Do you have any inputs on this?
