Creating help lines and passing out the orders that take the numbers and complain to the police serve no purpose as we all know these things are already in place.what is needed is a change in mindset and an iron will for implementation of those deterrants,a fealessness against the political leaders and their henchmen.
I utterly disbelieve that any of the steps at prsent on the anvil of the government or passing of this or that order will be effective even in the least,because of the intervention by political leaders and sense of resposibility and accountability,which is miserably absent on the part of the machinery entrusted to implement the so called steps.
Only the unity among the people can bring about the desired change.
