basicaly pf is deducting in Rs.6500/- of basic salary above then Rs.6500/-. It depand on empolyeer. u can calcuate rs.34000/- ur basic but as per pf rules rs.6500/- basic 12%=780/-

Dear Shantanu,
As per act, Basic limit is 6500/- so act can't force to employer that he will deduct the PF on your actual basic (if basic is more then 6500/-Rs.) so employer is doing the minimum complaince as per act.

As per EPF Act 1952 the maximum ceiling of basic wages i.e., Basic + DA is Rs. 6500/-, @ 12% of Employee & 12% of Employer share( 8.33% for Pension fund and 3.67% to our share).
for the Rest or balance Basic + DA, the option is left with the employer for deduction / pay PF. Even then the pension fund would be on Rs. 6500/- @ 8.33% i.e., Rs. 541/-
As per act nothing wrong in it.

Dear sir,
notice period for an executive most of the comanies they are puting 3 months or 90 days. if you want to leave the organisation you have to work for 3 months or you have to pay salary inleiu there off. ie 3 months basic plus DA if any. if you are getting leave encashment on other allowances also, then you have to pay notice period also on allowances

Permanent employee resign from the job and gives the notice period one month. And within the one mth if he has absent because of sickness or else. In that case his notice period remain same or else
