First of all let us all understand thateveryone in this planet is very unique and is original.
Secondly,every person has to love or like himself/herself,otherwise you can not love others.
Thirdly,it is assumed importance that we should be more knowledgeble about ourself than by anybody about us.
The question is aimed to tell about oneself in order to get the best answer and also to create a comfort zone to the candidate.
This is the fundamental that every HR should under stand.
HRM to study the reactions of the candidates but should not form a judgement.
However if the fundamentals are explained, the results will be amazing.
HRM' can try.
