I have a solution.
If you do not have a problem wearing trousers and your parents do. Get a change at work. wear your salwar from home , change in office and change back while going home. will cost you only 10 minutes of your time.

Hi all,
I am surprised with the kind of response i got for my posting, thanks to one and all.
Thanks for those who undertsood my concern and thanks for others for....
I dont think, i have to tell some of members whether i really hold experience in HR or not, since people can expresss freely, i am leaving to their thoughts.
I have made it clear what was my query and i got answers, which are useful to me and some which i can ignore.
But yes really appreciate each one of them for your contribution.
Thank You
Pallavi.
