HR and Technical Team put lot of effort in Interviews. You have seen walkins are conducted on weekends, which is usually off for Tech team. In walkin if there are 100 candidates to be interviewed, than the best is selected. There are diffreent rounds of interviews, Hr screening, 1st technical, 2nd technical etc. If you clear the 1st round than you will be asked to sit for 2nd round and so on, but in walkins offers are not made. a pool of selected candidates is created. Say we short listed 10 people, so out of these 10 we will decide on the best candidate first, and than cosider others, depending on their experience, teachnical knowledge, education background etc.

THank you Hr_wonder, your words are very valuable. as u said, now i don't want to waste my time in worrying about un-necessary things.
i want to use my time. Let any interviewer have any attitude, i not going to bother. My attitude will be going to be positive from now on.......
I'm not expecting any body to support my view. You said rightly, what that can give except mental relief.
so better i'm going to work on my skills , fine tune how to get selected in interview and going to be optimistic so that very soon i will get a job in MNC and get settled.
Also, the reason for me to post this thread was i'm longing for, why not if any company HR see this and if they have any competency in their company suiting my profile, why not Let them give me a chance for me to work with.... so that my ambition of joining a good company come true in a way , through this citeHR website...
