There is no Salary deduction for those who not came to work at the moment of Civilian distrubences.... If your company is going to deduct salary You can contact Labour court & Put a Case on this issues... because this is the matter of Violation of Human Rights....

The two question arises (i) why the Management should suffer (ii) Why you should suffer. The reason for absence, is very much clear, was out of control of both the parties. Now are U in a position to fight with the management or can arrange something from the Govt. that your said absence is treated as on duty. I think not feasible. Therefore, there is only a way of negotiation with the Management, as it is very much clear that why the Management should suffer
