We have to appreciate the skill in making intricated formulas set working in spreadsheets and definitely good for learning payroll. However I recommend not to use such spreadsheets for processing payroll of your organisation as it is very risky to unprotect. Standalone spreadsheets could stop working any time and nobody took the ownership of lost data or other damages, other than you.
