In finance, which is your area of interest? If you are taking care of any compliances, then it may work for you. In many companies, the compliance-related part is taken care of by the HR department. You can help in F&F and other processes like payroll calculation, etc.

I worked as an analyst in a stock advisory company. Now, I don't want to continue in the same field as I have lost interest in the share market. May I know the reasons to change? Basically, it was a big question whenever you will attend the interview. HR professionals also get a good amount of salaries and hikes compared with other departments.
